Why I Do This Work 

Years ago, I truly believed I was “doing all the right things.” I ate clean, avoided certain foods, followed strict routines, and pushed myself with intense workouts.

But those choices — the ones I thought were helping — were actually working against my hormones, digestion, metabolism, and stress response.

I was struggling with:
  • Bloating no matter what I ate
  • Fatigue so intense I needed multiple naps a day
  • Mood swings and anxiety (especially around my period)
  • Breakouts and skin flare-ups
  • Brain fog and feeling “off” all the time

I kept searching for the next protocol or rule to follow… until I realized the things I was doing weren’t right for my physiology.

So I stopped guessing and started learning.

 I dove deep into female physiology, hormones, minerals, digestion, and metabolism.
I ran the labs I wish someone had offered me sooner.

And I finally understood the why behind my symptoms.
Everything changed when I started supporting my body — not trying to control it.
