This smoothie combines protein, healthy fats, and nutrients that are essential for healthy skin. It’s also lower in carbohydrates, so you can expect to say full for longer and keep you blood sugar stabilized.

Collagen Protein Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk (almond, coconut, hemp)
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder (I use Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein)
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (I use Vital Proteins)
  • 1 cup greens of choice (or 1 scoop greens powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil, coconut oil, coconut butter, or almond butter
  • 1 tsp powered ginger
  • 1 tsp powered turmeric
  • ½ frozen banana or 1 cup berries
  • Ice, optional

Add all ingredients into a high power blender. Add more ice if you like a thicker consistency.
